Application of Acrel Power Monitoring System in Pepsi Asia R&D Center

摘要：介紹百事亞洲研發(fā)中心，采用智能電力儀表、采集配電現(xiàn)場的各種電參量和開關(guān)信號。系統(tǒng)采用現(xiàn)場就地組網(wǎng)的方式，組網(wǎng)后通過現(xiàn)場總線通訊并遠(yuǎn)傳至后臺，通過Acrel-2000型電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)配電所配電回路用電的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和管理。

Abstract：Introduce the Pepsi Asia R&D Center, which uses smart power meters to collect various electrical parameters and switch signals at the distribution site. The system adopts the method of on-site networking. After networking, it communicates through field bus and transmits it to the background. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system realizes real-time monitoring and management of power in distribution stations.

1 概述 Project Overview

百事亞洲研發(fā)中心位于漕河涇開發(fā)區(qū)浦江高科技園。該研發(fā)中心是百事公司在北美之外的研發(fā)中心，也是百事公司在全球具整合性的食品和飲料研發(fā)中心之一，在百事公司全球研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中發(fā)揮舉足輕重的作用。

百事亞洲研發(fā)中心占地約25畝，建筑面積近2萬平方米，中心還設(shè)有一個(gè)測試生產(chǎn)工廠，使研發(fā)者得以快速測試新產(chǎn)品，支持百事公司加速在中國和其它成長中亞洲市場進(jìn)行研發(fā)創(chuàng)新。

本次項(xiàng)目承接其的變配電所部分監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

Pepsi Asia R&D Center is located in Pujiang High-Tech Park, Caohejing Development Zone. The R&D center is PepsiCo’s largest top R&D center outside North America and one of PepsiCo’s most integrated food and beverage R&D centers in the world. It plays a pivotal role in PepsiCo’s global R&D network. 

The Pepsi R&D Center in Asia covers an area of about 25 acres and has a building area of nearly 20,000 square meters. The center also has a test production plant that allows developers to quickly test new products and supports PepsiCo to accelerate R&D in China and other growing Asian markets Innovation.

This project undertakes part of the monitoring system of its substation and distribution station.

2 系統(tǒng)方案

安科瑞電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)根據(jù)百事亞洲研發(fā)中心現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況，整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)采用屏蔽雙絞線直接接至配電所的數(shù)據(jù)采集器然后直接接至開閉所的監(jiān)控主機(jī)，保障了配電所電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)傳輸?shù)姆€(wěn)定性與實(shí)時(shí)性。

According to the actual situation of Pepsi Asia R&D Center, Acrel power monitoring system adopts shielded twisted pair cable to connect directly to the data collector of the power distribution station. Then it is directly connected to the monitoring host of the switching station to ensure the stability and real-time transmission of the power monitoring system of the distribution station.

在當(dāng)今配電設(shè)施的應(yīng)用中，配電安全性至關(guān)重要，本文介紹的Acrel-2000電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在百事亞洲研發(fā)中心的應(yīng)用，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對配電所供配電回路用電的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，不僅能顯示回路用電狀況，還具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊功能，可以與通訊管理機(jī)、計(jì)算機(jī)等組成電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對采集數(shù)據(jù)的分析、處理，實(shí)時(shí)顯示配電所內(nèi)各配電回路的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，對分合閘、負(fù)載越限具有彈出報(bào)警對話框、語音提示、短信報(bào)警燈，并生成各種電能報(bào)表、分析曲線、圖形等，便于電能的遠(yuǎn)程抄表以及分析、研究，該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定，為大型公建解決用電問題提供了真實(shí)可靠的依據(jù)。

In the application of today's power distribution facilities, power distribution safety is of paramount importance. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system described in this article is used in PepsiCo Asia R&D Center. It can realize the real-time monitoring of the power consumption of the power supply and distribution circuit of the power distribution station, not only can display the power consumption of the circuit, but also has the network communication function, and can form a power monitoring system with the communication management machine and computer.

The system analyzes and processes the collected data and displays the operating status of each power distribution loop in real time.It has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompt, SMS alarm light, and generates various electric energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc. It is convenient for remote meter reading, analysis and research of electric energy. The system is safe, reliable and stable in operation, and provides a true and reliable basis for large-scale public buildings to solve electricity problems.
